Welcome to Voiyd. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.


1. General Information

Voiyd is an independent PC-building and product brand operated by a freelance technician based in Europe.
All products are prepared, tested, and shipped with care and attention to detail.

By purchasing from this website, you confirm that you understand and agree to these Terms of Service.


2. Products and Orders

Voiyd offers:

  • Prebuilt computer systems
  • Custom-built computer systems
  • Mousepads and related accessories

Product images and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible.
Due to component availability, equivalent or better-performing parts may occasionally be used for PC systems.

All orders require full payment before assembly or shipment.
Voiyd reserves the right to cancel or decline any order if parts are unavailable, payment is incomplete, or fraudulent activity is suspected.


3. Pricing and Payment

All prices on the Voiyd website are displayed in regional currencies where applicable (such as EUR, SEK, DKK, NOK, or CHF) for customer convenience and may reflect current exchange rates.
The final charged amount may vary slightly depending on your payment provider’s conversion or processing fees.

Voiyd operates as a freelancer and is not currently required to collect VAT or sales tax.
If tax registration becomes necessary in the future, pricing and invoicing will be updated accordingly.

Payment must be completed in full through our secure checkout system before production or shipment begins.


4. Shipping

Shipping Area

PC Systems:
Prebuilt and custom PC systems are shipped to the following regions:

  • European Union (EU)
  • United Kingdom
  • United States
  • Canada
  • Switzerland
  • Norway
  • Australia

Mousepads:
Mousepads are shipped to selected international regions, including:

  • European Union (EU)
  • United Kingdom
  • Norway
  • United States
  • Canada
  • Switzerland
  • Australia

Available destinations and shipping rates are shown at checkout.


Processing and Delivery

Prebuilt PCs:
Prebuilt systems are typically dispatched within 5–7 business days.
Some prebuilt models may require additional preparation and are dispatched within 7–14 business days, as clearly stated on the product page.

Custom Builds:
Custom-built systems usually require 7–14 business days for assembly, testing, and preparation before shipment.

Mousepads:
Mousepads typically arrive within:

  • 7–14 business days (EU, UK, Norway, United States, Canada, Switzerland)
  • 10–18 business days (Australia)

All orders are shipped with tracking information where available.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs procedures, or external factors beyond Voiyd’s control.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, GST, or courier handling fees.
These charges are not included and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

Prebuilt Systems

Returns are accepted only for prebuilt systems and only within 14 days of delivery.

The PC may be opened and briefly tested to verify functionality.
However, it must be returned in original, resellable condition, with no signs of use beyond what is necessary for inspection.

Extended use (such as software installation, gaming, or prolonged operation) is not permitted.

The system must not be modified, and the case must not be opened beyond permitted access.

All original packaging, cables, and included accessories must be returned.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Once the returned system arrives and passes inspection, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

If the product shows signs of use, missing packaging, damage, or any condition that affects its resale value, Voiyd reserves the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly.
Depending on the condition, a deduction of up to 15% of the purchase price may be applied.


Custom Builds

Custom-built systems are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Each system is assembled to the customer’s specifications and cannot be resold.

Some prebuilt systems that allow customer customization (such as case or storage selection) are treated as custom-built products and are therefore non-refundable.

This applies to selected models, including the Base One Lite.

If a hardware issue occurs, Voiyd will assist through diagnostics or warranty repair as outlined in the Warranty Policy, but refunds are not available.


Mousepads

Mousepads may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund, mousepads must be:

  • Unused
  • Free of wear, damage, or dirt
  • Returned in original packaging

Used or damaged mousepads are not eligible for a refund.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.


Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@voiyd.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include photos of the packaging and the product so we can review and assist you promptly.


6. Warranty Policy

PC Systems

All Voiyd PC systems include a limited hardware warranty covering component defects and manufacturing faults.

Coverage:

  • Applies only to hardware originally installed by Voiyd
  • Begins on the date of delivery
  • Covers hardware defects, not software or configuration issues

Most prebuilt systems include a 2-year warranty, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Certain prebuilt systems are sold with a 1-year warranty, which is clearly specified at the time of purchase.

Custom-built systems follow the warranty terms outlined in the Warranty Policy.


Mousepads

Mousepads are covered only against manufacturing defects upon arrival.
Normal wear, surface wear, or damage caused by use is not covered.


Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage, misuse, or liquid damage
  • Power surges or improper handling
  • Customer modifications, upgrades, or part replacements
  • Software issues or third-party interference
  • Normal wear and tear

Tamper Stickers

Warranty stickers are applied to key PC components.
If any sticker is removed, damaged, or tampered with, the warranty is void.

Only Voiyd or an authorized technician may service systems under warranty.


Warranty Claims

Contact support@voiyd.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Photos or videos may be requested.

If a return is required, the customer is responsible for shipping the system securely.
If the issue is covered, Voiyd will repair or replace the faulty component.

Please back up all data before shipping a PC. Voiyd is not responsible for data loss.


7. Liability

Voiyd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss, downtime, or productivity loss.
Total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.


8. Privacy

Customer information is collected only to process orders, provide delivery, and offer customer support.
Voiyd does not sell or share customer data with third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

Voiyd reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.
Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
