At Voiyd, every product is handled and shipped with care.
This Shipping Policy explains how we handle deliveries, processing times, and responsibilities once your order has been dispatched.
1. Shipping Area
Mousepads
Voiyd ships mousepads internationally to selected regions, including:
- European Union (EU)
- United Kingdom
- Norway
- Switzerland
- United States
- Canada
- Australia
Available destinations and shipping rates are shown at checkout.
Prebuilt & Custom PCs
PC systems are shipped to the following regions:
- European Union (EU)
- United Kingdom
- United States
- Canada
- Switzerland
- Norway
- Australia
Orders placed from unsupported countries will be canceled and refunded.
2. Processing Times
All orders are prepared for shipping after payment has been received.
Mousepads
- Typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days
Prebuilt Systems
- Typically dispatched within 5–7 business days after order confirmation
- Some models may require additional preparation and are dispatched within 7–14 business days, as stated on the product page
Custom Builds
- Require 7–14 business days for assembly, configuration, and performance testing
Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
3. Delivery Times
Mousepads
- EU, UK, Norway, Switzerland, United States, Canada: 7–14 business days
- Australia: 10–18 business days
PC Systems
- European Union: 2–7 business days after dispatch
- United Kingdom: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- United States & Canada: 5–7 business days after dispatch
- Norway, Switzerland, Australia: 5–10 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, customs procedures, or unforeseen events.
Voiyd is not responsible for delays once the order has left our facility.
4. Import Charges & Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to:
- Import duties
- VAT / GST / HST
- Customs clearance fees
- Courier handling charges
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
Voiyd has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination
- Package size and weight
- Courier rates
Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on the website.
6. Packaging and Handling
All products are securely packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transport.
- PCs are shipped with reinforced packaging and internal protection
- Mousepads are packaged to prevent bending or surface damage
Customers are advised to retain the original packaging in case a return or warranty claim is required.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact support@voiyd.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
- Photos or videos of the damaged product
If a package is lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible.
We will assist in tracking the shipment or arranging a solution where applicable.
8. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout.
Voiyd is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order.
9. Ownership and Responsibility
Ownership of the product transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier.
From that point, Voiyd is not responsible for transit-related delays, loss, or damage.
However, we will assist customers in communicating with the courier to help resolve issues where possible.
